Medication Management

Medication management is psychiatric care coordinated with therapy. If medication is part of your plan, we explain why, what to expect, and how we will follow up.

We take time with the decision. We review symptoms, history, current medications, and what you hope will change. If medication is not the right next step, we will say so.

Who it is for

Clients who may benefit from medication for mood, anxiety, sleep, cravings, or co-occurring conditions. It is also for people already on a medication who need careful review and ongoing oversight while they are in treatment.

What to expect

  • A careful evaluation of symptoms, history, and current medications
  • Clear conversation about benefits, side effects, and alternatives
  • Follow-up so we can adjust at a pace that feels safe
  • Coordination with your therapist so medical and clinical care stay aligned

How this part of care works

Decisions you can see

We talk through options in plain language. You should know what you are taking, why, and what we will watch for.

Integrated with therapy

Psychiatric care and counseling share the same picture of you, so the plan stays coordinated.

Stabilizing the ground under treatment

When sleep, mood, or anxiety make therapy harder, medication can help settle those symptoms so the rest of the work can happen.
