Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a private space to talk with a licensed clinician who knows your story and helps you move at a pace that fits your life. Sessions can be weekly or more often, depending on what you need.

We do not use a one-size plan. Together we look at your history, what is happening now, and what recovery needs to look like around work, school, family, and the rest of your week.

Who it is for

People who want a confidential relationship with one clinician. Individual therapy is often the core of outpatient care, especially if you are working through trauma, mood, anxiety, relapse patterns, or the parts of recovery that are hard to say in a group.

What to expect

  • Confidential sessions on a schedule that can sit beside daily life
  • A treatment plan you can understand and help shape
  • Room to talk about craving, relationships, mood, sleep, and pressure at home or work
  • Coordination with group, family, and medical care when it is useful

How this part of care works

A clinician who knows you

You work with the same person over time. We remember what last week felt like, along with what is in the chart.

A plan built around your life

Goals, frequency, and focus shift as you do. If something is not working, we say so and change it.

Connected to the rest of care

Therapy does not sit apart from group or medication. When those pieces belong in your plan, your clinician helps them stay aligned.
