Group Support

Group support is clinician-led time with other people in treatment. Sessions are structured and confidential. You practice skills, talk about the week, and hear from people doing similar work.

Group sits alongside individual therapy. Many clients find that hearing another person name the same struggle makes their own next step clearer.

Who it is for

Clients who want connection and accountability from people who understand recovery from the inside. Group is part of most outpatient plans, and we will help you find a fit if the idea of sharing feels new.

What to expect

  • Small groups with a licensed facilitator and a clear focus each session
  • Time to share, listen, and practice skills you can use during the week
  • A setting that stays respectful and confidential
  • Topics such as craving, relapse prevention, relationships, and daily structure

How this part of care works

You are not doing this alone

Isolation is common in substance use and mental health. Group puts you in a room with people who know that feeling and are working on the same thing.

Skills you can take home

Sessions are practical. You leave with language, tools, and something to try before the next meeting.

Accountability without shame

The group holds a standard. It also holds kindness. You can show up on a hard week and still belong there.
