Bradley Thompson-Moreland, CADC-II

Cofounder of Numen

Bradley Thompson-Moreland is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-II) and healthcare executive with extensive experience supporting people in recovery across residential and outpatient settings. He brings clinical integrity and operational clarity to Numen Recovery.

With a background spanning direct care, program development, and executive leadership, Bradley focuses on accountability, dignity, and client-centered support. His leadership style emphasizes clarity and collaboration.

At Numen Recovery, Bradley helps shape an outpatient environment where clinical work is protected, daily life can keep moving, and each person is treated as a whole human being.

Sara Glazer, LCSW

Cofounder of Numen

Sara Glazer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and President of Numen Recovery. As Clinical Director, she brings a clinician's insight to every part of the patient experience, helping people navigate outpatient recovery with clarity, care, and respect.

Drawing from experience across residential, outpatient, and community settings, Sara supports patients and families as they move from crisis or early treatment into a more stable rhythm. She is especially skilled at turning fragmented needs into a coherent plan people can actually live.

At Numen Recovery, Sara helps bridge compassion and structure so people feel supported while they rebuild routines, relationships, and independence.

Sasha Zabelovsky

Cofounder of Numen

Sasha Zabelovsky is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Admissions at Numen Recovery, with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and addiction recovery settings. He understands how outpatient care runs day to day, from first contact and intake through the systems that keep treatment consistent and safe.

Sasha focuses on practical structure: clear admissions pathways, reliable communication, and a care environment that stays organized as people settle in. His approach is grounded and direct, aimed at helping patients move forward with confidence.

At Numen Recovery, Sasha helps keep operations and admissions smooth so the team can stay welcoming, accountable, and ready to support lasting recovery.

Sarah Kitay

Technology & Development

Sarah Kitay leads technology and development at Numen Recovery. She builds and maintains the digital systems behind the site, patient-facing tools, and the infrastructure that keeps the team moving efficiently.

Her work is practical and hands-on: product development, engineering, and making sure the tech side of Numen stays clear, reliable, and easy to use.

At Numen Recovery, Sarah handles the tech so the clinical and admissions teams can stay focused on people.

George Davis

Marketing and admissions

George Davis leads marketing and admissions at Numen Recovery. He helps people find a clear path into care, from first outreach through a confident start with the team.

George focuses on honest communication, practical next steps, and making sure families, referral partners, and prospective clients understand what Numen offers without pressure.

At Numen Recovery, he connects the story of the work with the people who need it, so admissions stays welcoming, organized, and human.

Hemi Leary

Head of Human Resources

Hemi Leary brings 12 years of professional leadership experience, including 10 years dedicated to Human Resources leadership across behavioral health and healthcare industries. Throughout her career, she has supported organizations through growth and change while building strong HR practices that balance compliance, operational needs, and employee experience.

As Head of Human Resources, Hemi is focused on developing effective HR systems and processes that support both the organization and its employees.

Hemi brings a practical and people-focused perspective to HR. She is particularly committed to helping organizations establish strong foundations for growth while ensuring employees have the resources, guidance, and support they need to succeed.

Hemi studied Social Work at Saint Louis University and Education at the University of Kansas. Her academic background, combined with more than 20 years of professional experience, has contributed to her people-centered approach to Human Resources, leadership, and organizational development.
